How to wear a bandana? There are so many ways! Vintage scarves are the most versatile retro accessory you can find. And bandanna's are no exception to that. We also have a range of vintage scarves in sizes small, medium and large.

If you're looking for ideas on how to wear a bandana we've got you covered!

Look one - Tie around your neck, you can roll or fold the bandana across the diagonal length of the scarf and either tie in a knot around your neck, or slip a bin or bolero tie over/through it to keep in place.

Look two - Looking to cover your hair a la Rosie the Riveter? Tuck a third of the bandanna down along the diagonal length. Now dip your head forward. Take the folded edge and put this edge at the nape of your neck (fold in towards your hair). Bring your head upright and holding the two ends tight, tuck the third corner (which is probably sticking up in the air right now) over the top of your head towards your forehead. Tie the two ends you have hold of over the top of this third edge/point. Then play around with the 3 ends to make look how you like. It's best to place pins either side of your hairline over the bandanna to keep in place.

Look three - Use the same fold as above and got for more of an Axel Rose style. Put the folded edge along your forehead and tie at the back. Tuck the third corner under the tie and pin in place at the back of your head.

Looks Four to...... - Take your rolled up of folded up bandanna as described in look one and slip under your hair and tie at the top of your head, or slip over your hair and tie at the nape of your neck. Put your hair in a ponytail or big loose bun and keep the folds of the bandanna loose then tie this at the top of your head to there is hair visible out of the top.

Not covered how you wear yours? Let us know!

Cotton bandanna in a rainbow of colours. If you're after Western accessories, bringing bad girl vibes or more of a romantic country feel our cotton bandannas are the perfect scarf.

Even better you can work bandanna's into a range of styles from a new top to a vintage styled headscarf turban. Or tie it around your waist like a belt. We like them tied around handbag handles to add a new look to a much-loved handbag.

They're a wardrobe essential!
